Elmo update

Elmo had surgery to repair three ruptured discs. He returned home a couple days ago and is recoving as good as expected. He has a ten inch incission down his spine. His back right leg is not working yet. Elmo's guardian mom and dad (James and Megan) are amazing. They have to keep Elmo calm and not let him move around too much.  SO they have gated off a small area in the common room and sleep downstairs with Elmo. They have really rearrainged their lives to accommadate their baby boy. Everytime he goes out it is a chore for sure. Poor little boy can't stand on his right leg or lift it to pee.

Thank you Megan and James for being such wonderful parents to Elmo. It is so clear how much you love him.  Lets hope Elmo soon can use his right leg and is feeling back to his normal self soon.
