why can I not figure this out

Ok so I promised to post pictures by today. I took them, downloaded them and now cannot figure out how to get them onto this site. Arg..  Looks like I will be calling Mr. Web designer tomorrow for help. I have been sitting at the computer trying everything and no can do... So very, very frustrating. Hold on they are coming promise.
