Come on Mother Nature

What a busy non dog day today. First off let me say I cannot get used to putting food in 5 dishes. I still have six dishes on the floor and catch myself starting to fill Bella's bowl every day.  I think it is time to pick up Bella's bowl and put it away for a while. THe only dog that really seems to miss her is Miles. He looked for her for a couple days, even this am he went into the office and looked under the desk. A piece of my heart was taken from me so suddenly, the loss of a beloved pet is always hard.  She was and will always be my baby Bella.

Now on a completely different note. I have decided the past couple weeks to put all my garden creations to use. Last week I made pickles. Sadly I can't even try them for three weeks. Sure can't wait to see how they taste. Today I decided to make spaghetti sauce with all the tomatoes from the garden. Well, I never knew how much work and time this would take. Holy cow I was in the kitchen all day, boiling, blanching, peeling, squeezing, cooking and canning.  Oh and the mess I made was insane. I laughed a lot.  For anyone that does this every year, god bless you.

I am patiently waiting for someone, anyone to come into heat. Momma is missing having babies in the house. So hopefully soon.
